Principle:
Ultrasonic generator produce high-frequency and high-pressure signal.then,change it into the high-frequency mechanical vibration through the transducer system.takes advantage of horn conduct the mechanical energy to the plastic workpiece.makes the workpiece produce intense heat of friction.The workpiece will melt quickly and stop vibration when the temperature reach the melting point of workpiece.Finally,the workpiece will cooling and forming under the pressure,completed the perfect welding.
